Jessica Kiely is an estate planning attorney at Meier Law Firm who serves our growing number of Northern California families who live and work in Silicon Valley. Jessica enjoys working with families in establishing thoughtful plans that safeguard their unique circumstances.
Previously, Jessica practiced at a boutique San Francisco law firm where she focused on prosecuting complex cases involving products liability, negligence, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. She gained tremendous trial experience while working to obtain multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for her clients and their families.
In addition to her estate planning practice, Jessica has donated countless pro-bono hours providing legal services in family law, housing law and criminal law.
Jessica received her law degree in 2005 from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she was a member of the honors program and the moot court board. She received awards for academic excellence in writing and research and advocacy.
Prior to law school, Jessica attended California State University at Chico, where she volunteered at a nonprofit legal clinic and worked full time to put herself through school. She graduated with honors with a degree in Political Science.
Jessica was born in San Francisco and grew up in Marin County. She and her husband, Police Lieutenant Jay Kiely are parents to two sons, ages 4.5 and 3. They live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
